Marine Protected Areas on the high seas
On 3 and 4 February 2011, the Zoological Society of London are holding the symposium "Marine Protected Areas on the high seas" which will highlight current progress and barriers to progress towards the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development call for the establishment of marine protected areas and representative networks by 2012.

The deadline for registrations is 24 January 2011 and all oral presentation proposals should be submitted to Anne Braae [Anne.Braae@zsl.org] by 25 November 2010 for consideration.
This symposium has been organised by Kirsty Kemp (ZSL), Matthew Gollock (ZSL) and Alex D. Rogers (University of Oxford).
