The Fifth GLOBAL OCEANS CONFERENCE 2010 on Oceans, Coasts, and Islands with major themes:  Ensuring Survival, Preserving Life, Improving Governance (Oceans, Climate, Biodiversity: From Copenhagen 2009 to Nagoya 2010) will be held from the 3-7 May, 2010, will be hosted by UNESCO and the Government of France, at UNESCO, Paris, France.
